Screencast topic: How to disable System Restore in Windows XP

In general, the Windows XP System Restore feature has good intentions. However, when your computer is infected with a virus, it is best to disable this feature at least temporarily while you clean our system from viruses.

Once you have completed the virus removal process, it is a good idea to enable the feature again to guard against data loss in the future.
